Interviews will be completed after February 1, 2026 and
invitations will be extended based on completed applications and space availability.
Please Note:
All Member Artists in the vicinity of the Harte Trail (including Charleswood, Headingley and Tuxedo) are eligible to apply. No more than 2 member artists can be displaying in a home studio location. Home Studio location is defined as being within a residence....not a public or private community room. If you don't live in the area - do you have a friend or family member that lives in the Charleswood, Headingley or Tuxedo area? Consider asking it they will allow you to set up in their garage or yard for the two days?
Applicants are required to email five dated and recent samples of their work to the Review Committee . Please submit with your application.
Upon being invited to participate - an annual $100 membership fee (non-refundable) must be paid to the treasurer to confirm your acceptance in the hARTe Trail Studio Tour.
All members will be required to attend the five scheduled full membership meetings that are planned for the year. Meeting dates will take place in October/November, February, April, June and August.
All members are required to participate in the planning and organization of the annual ART Tour.
All members will be expected to serve on a committee(s) established to plan and organize the annual hARTe Trail Studio Tour.
To keep things fresh and to maintain an exhibition standard for new and innovative work, we encourage that the majority of art should be produced within the current year of the hARTe Trail Studio Tour.
All art created must be your own original art with no copyright infringement.
All art and items for sale must be your own – selling other people’s items from your location is not allowed unless they are sharing space with you as an artist member.
